DocuStrata is a private AI built solely to answer questions about your own archive, rapidly and accurately. Every contract, letter, invoice, drawing, and file from across your working life, loaded whole and read in full.

Membership is by admission, and it is for archives of ten thousand files or more. Below that, a person can still keep up. Above it, no one can, and that is the problem DocuStrata exists for. Admission opens a small number of places at a time. Your archive stays yours: you connect it, the software reads it, and it answers only to you. Tell us about yours below.

The terms

The service
$200 a month, billed monthly, from the day your archive answers its first question. Nothing is charged while it is being read.
The archive
Ten thousand files or more, in any mix. Contracts, email, drawings, invoices, closeouts, paper you have scanned. Smaller collections are better served elsewhere.
The load
You connect the archive at your own pace: drives, mailboxes, folders, scanned paper. Every page is read in full and nothing read is forgotten. Sixty days is typical for a large archive.
The answers
Every answer arrives in seconds with the pages it stands on, so you can check the work.
The exit
Leave whenever you like. Everything you loaded, every note, and every answer exports whole. Your archive is never used to train anything.

Requests are decided together, once a month, not one by one as they come in. Requests received by the 25th are answered on the 1st. An admission arrives as a letter with your place held against your name for thirty days.
