Membership is by admission, for archives of ten thousand files or more. Below that, a person can still keep up. Above it, no one can, and that's what DocuStrata is for. Your archive stays yours: you connect it, the software reads it, and it answers only to you. Tell us about yours below.

The terms

The service
$200 a month, billed monthly, from the day your archive answers its first question. Nothing is charged while it's being read.
The archive
Ten thousand files or more, in any mix. Contracts, email, drawings, invoices, closeouts, paper you have scanned. Anything smaller is better served elsewhere.
The load
Connect it at your own pace: drives, mailboxes, folders, scanned paper. Every page gets read in full, and nothing read is forgotten. You can ask within hours of connecting. A hundred thousand files are fully catalogued in about two days.
The answers
Every answer comes back in seconds with the pages it's built on, so you can check the work.
The exit
Leave whenever you like. Everything you loaded, every note, and every answer exports whole. If it ever stops earning its keep, say so. The month is refunded in full and you leave with everything. No form, no reason asked. Your archive is never used to train anything.
